China"s official People"s Daily newspaper has reported that the country’s annual central economic work conference has begun in Beijing.

The newspaper says the ongoing economic conference will focus on how to implement a set of new development concepts next year.

In a key party session held in October, the Communist Party of China put forward the ideas of innovative, coordinated, green, open an shared development, in a bid to push forward China’s economic and social development in the next a few year.

Details released at the end of the annual economic conference, a closed-door meeting by China’s top leadership and policymakers, are regarded by analysts as clues on China’s economic and reform priorities for the year ahead, including key economic targets.
